1 General Provisions

bdt88 is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions set out in this document (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bdt88 and its users. These Terms govern website use, account registration, financial transactions and all gaming activities.

bdt88 reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To create an account and use services at bdt88, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online betting is completely prohibited.
• Each person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and all associated accounts may be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Your account password and login details must be kept completely confidential. Allowing another person to use your account is not permitted.
• If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, bdt88 may at various times request a copy of your national identity card or passport. Deposits and withdrawals may be restricted until this process is completed.

3 Account Funds, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at bdt88 are processed through fully secure SSL encryption. The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours. This may be extended if additional verification is required.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made (see Section 4 for details).
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposited funds must be used solely for betting and gaming activities. Use for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.
• bdt88 reserves the right to suspend payment processing at any time for the purpose of investigating suspicious transactions.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bdt88 provides various bonuses and promotional benefits for its users. All bonuses are subject to the conditions stated below:

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 gives a ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit), making the total balance ৳11,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed before withdrawal. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each promotion may be subject to separate conditions, which will be clearly stated in that offer's description.
• Whether bonus funds may be used on a particular game or market will be specified in the terms of the individual offer.
• bdt88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus for any member if it is established that they are exploiting the bonus system through manipulation.
• Once a bonus has been accepted, withdrawal of those funds is not possible until the wagering requirement related to that bonus has been met.

5 VIP Program

The bdt88 VIP program has four tiers, each offering different benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Users can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. The benefits and terms of each VIP tier are subject to change at bdt88's discretion.

Cashback funds are generally credited to the account at a set time each week. The cashback amount is based on the total net loss for that week. Special wagering requirements may apply to cashback withdrawals, and these will be clearly stated in each offer.

6 Prohibited Activities

The activities described below are strictly prohibited at bdt88. Violating these prohibitions may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any pending winnings or bonuses may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Misusing, manipulating or attempting to gain unfair advantage from the bonus system.
• Placing bets on both sides of an outcome simultaneously to obtain bonus benefits without risk (arbitrage betting).
• Using software, bots or automated systems to conduct games or betting.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack it.
• Conducting money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or defrauding other users.
• Creating an account using false information or forged identity documents.

7 Gaming Services & Liability

bdt88 is committed to ensuring fair play as a safe and reliable platform. However, members should be aware of the following:

• Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used in all games to ensure impartial outcomes.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault or server disruption, bdt88 will attempt to refund the stake. However, bdt88 reserves the right to void all bets or winnings in the event of a technical error.
• Game results are considered final. Results cannot be changed or reviewed without evidence of a technical fault.
• If incorrect odds are published in a sports betting market, bdt88 reserves the right to correct them. Bets placed at incorrect odds may be voided.
• Betting and gaming is an entertainment activity and carries financial risk. bdt88 is not responsible for users' financial losses.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

• All personal information provided at registration is securely stored using SSL encryption.
• bdt88 does not sell or transfer users' personal information to third parties.
• Information may be provided to relevant authorities when required by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

bdt88 firmly believes in responsible gaming. We encourage users to engage in gaming in a healthy and controlled manner.

• Users may contact our support team to set their own deposit limits, loss limits or session time limits.
• A temporary break (cooling-off period) or permanent self-exclusion option is available.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

bdt88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Any provision of these Terms is violated.
• False information is provided during identity verification.
• Evidence of manipulation, bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found.
• At the direction of a law enforcement agency or when required by law.
• There is a suspicion of money laundering.

If there is a verified legitimate balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned after review. However, any balance connected to prohibited activities may be forfeited.

Users who wish to close their own account may submit a request to our support team.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt88 accepts no liability for the following:

• Any financial loss arising from betting or gaming activities.
• Loss caused by technical faults, server disruptions or loss of internet connection.
• Issues caused by faults in the software of third-party game providers.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account where user negligence or disclosure of login details was a contributing factor.

bdt88 makes every effort to operate as a safe and reliable platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 service.

12 Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

If a dispute arises between bdt88 and a user, a resolution will first be attempted through direct discussion.

• For any complaint or dispute, please first contact our support team — via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected].
• The support team will log and investigate the complaint and will attempt to respond within a reasonable time.
• For disputes relating to game outcomes, game logs and server records will be considered the final evidence.
• Any financial claim or dispute must be submitted in writing (by email) within a maximum of 30 days.

13 Changes to Terms & Enforceability

bdt88 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users by email or via a site notification.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
